Who We Are

The United Nations Association at the University of Central Florida is a student organization in which students can learn about the United Nations, international relations and the vastly diverse cultures and countries from around the world.

Every year the UCF delegation travels around the country to participate in several Model UN conferences. UNA-UCF is an award winning delegation which has, in the past, participated at conferences such as SRMUN (Southern Regional Model United Nations) in Atlanta, GA, UCBMUN (University of California Berkeley MUN) in San Francisco, CA; Harvard National MUN in Boston, MA; and National Model United Nations (NMUN) in New York City. In the Spring 2015 semester, UCF traveled it's farthest yet, participating in the London International MUN conference.

Besides attending conferences, UNA at UCF is dedicated to raising awareness about UN humanitarian work, initiatives such as the Sustainable Development Goals and conflicts around the world that need more attention. To achieve these goals, UNA tables in front of the student union every week, organizes themed events on campus and participates in UN philanthropy projects such as Trick or Treat for UNICEF.

UNA-UCF meets for our General Body Meetings on Wednesday's at 6:30 pm in the Key West Ballroom of the Student Union in 218D!

We also have our MUN Meetings on Mondays at 6:30 pm in ENG1 Room 286 and Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in ENG2 Room 205.
